We would like to inform you in advance of an upcoming scheduled maintenance window for the following F5 services in Sydney (SY5):
- F5 Distributed Cloud Mesh in Sydney (SY5)

Maintenance activities will include:
- Software upgrade on Sydney (SY5) Regional Edge to the latest version
- Time 2024-09-24 05:00 am UTC to 2024-09-24 07:00 am UTC

Projected impact:
- Customers who have intentionally created hard-coded dependencies for the Sydney (SY5) Regional Edge site will experience a service interruption during this window.
- During this window, the tunnel from the Customer Edge (CE) to this Regional Edge (RE) will go down, and there will be delay in configuration population.
- Rest assured, during this maintenance window, Customer Edge (CE) services and applications will not experience any downtime and will continue to be served from other Regional Edge sites.
