The issue affecting upgrades of Customer Edge (CE) sites to latest software version available has been resolved. Upgrade operations have returned to normal, and customers should now be able to successfully upgrade to the latest version.

Throughout this event, existing services and customer traffic remained unaffected.

The F5 Distributed Cloud team has identified the cause of an issue affecting upgrades of Customer Edge (CE) sites to version crt-20260801-0205. Existing services and customer traffic remain unaffected.

Our teams are actively working to implement a fix and restore normal upgrade operations. We will continue to share updates as progress is made and more information becomes available.

Existing services remain operational, but customers attempting to upgrade to this version may experience deployment failures.
