We would like to inform you of an upcoming Planned maintenance activity that will be performed on the following F5 service: - F5 Distributed Cloud DNS Service
Maintenance Window: Start Time: 18 Apr 2026 04:00 UTC End Time: 18 Apr 2026 10:00 UTC

Projected Impact: During this upgrade window, any DNS record–related operations such as primary zone creation, secondary zone creation, and zone updates will remain in a pending state until the upgrade is completed and the Kafka service is fully operational. Once the upgrade is complete, these operations will be automatically retried and will move to an active state. There will be no impact to other traffic flows.
Reason for Maintenance: We need to prepare DNS kafka for any zonal failures. So we will be applying HA configurations during this period.
