We would like to inform you of an upcoming Urgent Scheduled maintenance activity that will be performed on the following F5 service:
- F5 Distributed Cloud Regional Edge

Maintenance Window:
Start Time: 13 Sep 2026 04:00 UTC
End Time: 13 Sep 2026 10:00 UTC

Projected Impact:
To minimize service risk, rolling sequential updates will be performed on our Ashburn, VA (DC12) Regional Edge clusters (specifically clusters A, B, and C) rather than updating all systems simultaneously. During these sequential cluster updates, traffic routing will be gracefully redirected to neighboring Regional Edge sites. Customers with configurations that rely strictly on the Ashburn (DC12) Regional Edges may experience a brief, transient service interruption during their respective cluster's transition, but all other core services—including established secure tunnels and configuration propagation to Customer Edge (CE) sites—will remain fully operational and unaffected.

Capacity enhancements in the Ashburn (DC12) Regional Edges to support scalability and reliability.
