Projected Impact: Customers may experience degraded monitoring visibility within the Distributed Cloud Console Routed DDoS workspace while infrastructure components are transitioned as part of this maintenance activity. This may result in temporary gaps or inconsistencies in traffic graphs and monitoring data presented in the Console. Network services, customer traffic, and application availability are not expected to be affected.
Reason for Maintenance: This scheduled maintenance will transition infrastructure components to an updated platform. This work is part of our ongoing efforts to modernize the infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the scalability and reliability of our services.
