Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you in advance of an upcoming unplanned maintenance window for the following F5 services: - F5 Distributed Cloud Infrastructure on New York (NY8) Regional Edge
Maintenance activities will include: - Upgrade of software on network infrastructure
Projected Impact: 1. Customers who have deliberately created hard-coded dependencies for Regional Edge site will encounter a service interruption during this window. 2. Customer services and applications should remain unaffected and will continue to be served from other Regional Edges within the same region.
Time: September 18 2024 4:00 am UTC to September 18 2024 8:00 am UTC
During this maintenance window, customer services and applications should not encounter any downtime and will continue to be served from other Regional Edges. Customers whose Customer Edge (CE) is connected to New York (NY8) Regional Edges (RE) may experience a temporary tunnel disruption, while the secondary tunnel to other REs will remain operational.
