Projected Impact:
Customers who have specifically created hard-coded dependencies for SV10 may experience brief service interruptions during this window.
The connection tunnel from the Customer Edge (CE) to the Regional Edge (RE) may be temporarily unavailable, causing slight delays in propagating user configurations. However, the secondary tunnel will remain operational.
Please rest assured that during this maintenance window, Customer Edge (CE) services and applications will not experience downtime and will continue to operate normally from other Regional Edge sites.
