All services related to Support escalations have been resolved and the service is functioning correctly again. We will be monitoring this behavior and post an all clear once we see continued healthy behavior.

We have identified the issue and have begun rebooting impacted services. Recovery should start to appear shortly. We will update again once this has been confirmed to be resolved.
