Projected Impact:
We are upgrading the underlying Protection Manager platform and rolling out updated security certificates (fastcache.net) for our cloud and hosted Bot Defense endpoints.
- Active Traffic: There is no expected impact to active application traffic, and all security protection services will remain fully operational.
- Policy Management: To prevent configuration conflicts, we recommend that you do not perform any security policy or device firmware modifications within the Distributed Cloud Console during this maintenance window.
Reason for Maintenance:
Platform enhancements and deployment of a new F5 Bot Distributed Cloud Protection Manager (DCPM) release to improve reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
