Projected Impact: While we do not anticipate any full service interruption, customers may experience some temporary effects during the maintenance window, including a delay in the display of access request logs in the tenant portal, a delay in the transmission of global log receiver (GLR) log messages to their configured endpoint, and temporarily increased response times for metric queries on Customer Edge (CE) and Regional Edge (RE).
Reason for Maintenance: We will be performing a scheduled software upgrade on our logging infrastructure to improve platform stability and performance.
