The rollout of the fix has been completed. Deployments can now be created, updated, and deleted in all regions using either the Azure Portal or the client tools.

Microsoft has identified the root cause of the issue and is in the process of deploying a fix. The fix will be deployed across different regions in a phased rollout. Regions that were known to be affected include, but are not limited to, the following regions:

westus
westcentralus
eastus
eastus2

Update

We are currently experiencing issues with the NGINXaaS for Azure service related to creating, updating, and deleting deployments. This issue is mainly affecting Portal users in some regions, but the extent of the impact is still unknown.

We are working with our partner team at Microsoft to narrow down and mitigate the issue. As a workaround, you may try creating new deployments in another region, or switch to using client tools such as Terraform or Azure CLI.
