We would like to inform you of an upcoming Urgent Scheduled maintenance activity that will be performed on the following F5 service:
- F5 Bot Defense (Advanced) Hosted SSE

Maintenance Window:
Start Time: 16 May 2026 04:00 UTC
End Time: 16 May 2026 06:00 UTC

Reference: SDCCAB-4011, SDCCAB-4012

Projected Impact:
Prior to the maintenance activity, a controlled failover of customer traffic will be performed in EQSV10 and EQDC11 sequentially. High availability (HA) redundancy will be reduced during this period. Following completion of the maintenance, customer traffic will automatically return to its respective sites.

Reason for Maintenance:
We will be performing network maintenance to optimize routing performance.
