Dear Valued Customers,

F5 Distributed Cloud Expands Global Footprint into Mexico

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Regional Edge cluster Mexico (qro1-mx), further expanding the F5 Distributed Cloud global network. This new point of presence strengthens our coverage in Latin America.

The Mexico Regional Edge site delivers:

1. Reduced latency for customers and end users in Mexico
2. Improved application performance through localized traffic processing closer to end users
3. Full feature parity with all existing Regional Edge sites

Time: qro1-mx will go live on August 13th, 2026 at 8:00 am UTC

To ensure uninterrupted connectivity between the F5 Distributed Cloud Mexico Regional Edge site and your origin infrastructure, please update your firewall allowlists to include the network range 159.60.179.0/24 prior to the Mexico RE go-live date
