Update

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that the previously notified maintenance (https://www.f5cloudstatus.com/incidents/bwlbwyw9khnq) for F5 Distributed Cloud Network Infrastructure has been extended by an additional 1 hour. The new expected completion time is mentioned below-

Maintenance Window:
Start Time: 08 Aug 2026 11:00 UTC
End Time: 08 Aug 2026 17:00 UTC

Projected Impact:
During the maintenance window, the anycast service in LD6 will be temporarily disabled. During this period, traffic will be served by the next nearest available Regional Edge (RE).

Reason for Maintenance:
As part of our network enhancement, we will be introducing new aggregation out-of-band (OOB) switches in LD6. During the maintenance window, the out-of-band management connections from the access-layer switches will be migrated to the new aggregation OOB switches.

We will provide timely updates should there be any changes to the schedule or if unexpected issues arise.
