Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you that the previously notified maintenance (https://www.f5cloudstatus.com/incidents/1b002d9s68r4) for F5 Distributed Cloud CDN has been extended by an additional 4 hours. The new expected completion time is mentioned below-

Maintenance Window:
Start Time: 21 Mar 2026 02:30 UTC
End Time: 21 Mar 2026 20:00 UTC

Projected Impact:
Customers won't be able to create distributions for the first 6 hours of the maintenance window during the CDN Global Controller upgrade. Furthermore, connections between the F5 Distributed Cloud CDN and Customer Edge locations in San Jose, Hong Kong, and Tel Aviv will experience downtime during this maintenance. Traffic will be automatically routed to the nearest available edge locations, and latency may increase while traffic is redirected.

Reason for Maintenance:
This maintenance will implement improvements to platform stability and performance.
